Whenever you are reading this, I say, Happy Easter! For me, Easter is about the ways we are INSPIRED to RISE and RAISE each other up.
It is said that there are only two emotions. There are only two choices: FEAR or LO💜E.
Each time we move out of the darkness of fear, shame and discouragement, out of old trauma that has bound us, out of old habits that restrain us, out of old thought patterns and limiting beliefs, we CHOOSE LO💜E over FEAr.
And as we EACH CHOOSE
LO💜E, we RISE and as a result, we RAISE UP EVERYONE AROUND US.
I always tell my clients ONE SIMPLE TRUTH. I tell them this truth especially when they are feeling bad for taking time for themselves or investing in themselves with coaching, OR, more commonly for clients who worry that completely TRANSFORMING GRIEF is being disloyal to the person they have lost.
I tell them this: Anything that doesn’t serve you, your LIGHT, your LIFE, doesn’t serve anyone else either. So, as you release that which does not serve you, you not only TRANSFORM yourself, but you TRANSFORM the world around you. By choosing to LO💜E yourself by choosing to TRANSFORM, you are LO💜ING the world.
So, today, on EASTER SUNDAY, I’m thinking about these things:

What better way to bring THE
LO💜E of TRANSFORMATION to the WORLD than through our GRATITUDE, GENEROSITY OF SPIRIT and SELF-ACCEPTANCE?
What better way to bring THE
LO💜E of TRANSFORMATION to the WORLD than to find a way to bring the best of your SELF, live and LO💜E yourself and others from your HIGHER SELF?
